Let Us Help...

Welcome to Resilience Counselling Network

We go through life trying to manage… Managing our emotions, our relationships, the situations we find ourselves in. But sometimes managing gets confused with supressing; supressing our emotions in the attempt to block out our pain, supressing the fears we have in our relationships because we don’t want to be labelled as demanding, supressing our anxieties because we want to pretend that by going about our day-to-day lives we are ‘fine.’

Resilience Counselling Network has been set up to give you the opportunity to explore those suppressed emotions, fears, anxieties and memories in the private and safe setting of your own home. Modern technology allows us to communicate with the world in the comfort of our home, and so does Resilience Counselling Network; by using online video counselling you can speak to our highly trained therapists who all have the confidence and experience to support you in your journey. They will walk alongside you, assisting you with the skills they have to go as deep as you want to go; as far back as you want to go. They will hold your emotions, fears, anxieties and memories for you, until you can hold them yourself.

One-to-one counselling with Resilience therapists can be accessed via multiple platforms such as Messenger, WhatsApp, Skype, and FaceTime, making therapy accessible to you wherever you are. All of our therapists are on the register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

How We Will Work With You
The demand for video counselling is increasing. Modern technology has taken social interaction to a new and exciting level, where you don’t need to be in the same room to have a meaningful conversation. You don’t even need to be in the same city or country to have a meaningful conversation.

Resilience Counselling Network enables specialist, professional psychotherapists available to clients in their own homes; we offer video counselling via Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime and Messenger. These platforms enable our counsellors to create that same, secure space with our clients where a private therapeutic relationship can be established and nurtured.

As children we cope the best way we know how – to just get on with it. But those events leave a lasting impression on us… They leave us with behaviours and coping mechanisms that we either do not recognise or that we don’t want to acknowledge. Therapists at Resilience Counselling Network are trained to explore these coping mechanisms with you and have the ability to make the links between your past experiences and your present feelings and behaviours, enabling you to change your behaviours.
